Bedens Field Estate, North Cray, 1960

Bedens Field Estate, North Cray, 1960

The Bedens Field Estate at North Cray, built on land once belonging to the vast North Cray Estate.

Historically, the people of the Stone, Bronze and Iron Ages left evidence of their occupation in Bexley and the remains of a Romano-British bathhouse were found when the Bedensfield estate was being laid out in the 1950s.
