Biggin Hill's rapid growth in the 1950s meant that public bodies had to play catch-up to provide services appropriate in scale and quality to the district's new population.

Amongst the new services was Biggin Hill Infants School. The building dates from 1985. Primary School provision in Biggin Hill dates back to 1914.
