Moorfield Road, Orpington, Bromley, c. 1910

The building on the corner was for many years the Post Office and was run by the Misses Clements. Later, in a slightly altered form, it became Martin's Bank and then the offices of the News Shopper. It is now a kebab shop. |
|
Moorfield Road was one of Orpington's few Victorian developments, built around 1880. It occupied the popular area between the High Street and the common. |
