Boleyn Gardens, West Wickham,
c. 1950

|
|
Boleyn
Gardens was developed between 1929 and 1934
in the typical West Wickham style.
The road is named after the famous family
who married the Heydon's of Wickham Court
in the 15th century and later included Anne,
Queen of England.
No.10 (left) was the home of Ida Watson, a
West Wickham historian, who died here in 1968
in a tragic house fire. |
