Craigton Road, Corbett Estate, Eltham, 1917  

Craigton Road was part of the Corbett's Eltham Park Estate.

Archibald Cameron Corbett (Lord Rowallon) developed the Estate, then a country house and park, between 1900 and 1914, and built similar estates in Catford and Ilford.

Bob Hope, the comedian and film star, was born at No 44 Craigton Road in 1903.
