An advertisement (and plan of the estate below) for new houses on the Bostall Estate, which was developed for the Royal Arsenal Co-operative Society on the fields of the former Bostall Farm.

The farm had been bought by the RACS in 1899 and development began then.

However, further develop-ment was prevented by World War I and building did not start again until 1923.
