Well Hall Road on the Progress Estate was
built by the government in 1915 for Woolwich
Arsenal workers. The architect was Sir Frank
Baines.
This crescent of buildings with their dist-inctive
tile-hung feature to the top half, were built
around a green fronting Well Hall Road. |
