The building to the right of the brewery, on the corner of Coldharbour Lane, is the site of the Electric Cinema, now the Ritzy.

In the background can be seen a terrace with houses and a grammar school, shortly to be demolished to make way for the Tate Library (1893)

The land, part of Rush Common was later converted to Tate Library Gardens.
