Streatham High Road looking north towards the junction with Stanthorpe Road on the right and Gleneagle Road on the left.

The Methodist Church at the corner of Stanthorpe road suffered bomb damage during the war, was demolished in 1967 and replaced by a shop with offices and flats above.
