Rushey Green, Catford,
Lewisham, c. 1910

Rushey Green is the southern continuation of Lewisham High Street.
|
|
This view looks north along Rushey Green. Catford was a tram terminal until 1914 when the line was extended south to Southend.
The tram partly obscures the 'Black Horse' pub which was rebuilt in extravagant style in 1897. |
