To the right is (an enlarged) coach house. The generous size of the original house is in stark contrast to the much smaller ones to be built just to the north.

This is one pair of three that made Brunswick Place, a grand development of 1806.

The style and proportion of the original development was destroyed in 1880 by infilling and building shop-fronts on the gardens.
