Hatcham House, also called Hatcham Park, was the manor house of the estate of Hatcham which belonged to the Haberdashers Company.

It had been rebuilt in the mid-eighteenth century. The tenant in 1842 was Joseph Hardcastle, a campaigner against slavery.

The house was demolished in 1869, and the ground built over.
