This boundary stone is at the junction of Sydenham Hill and Kirkdale.

Sydenham Hill forms the boundary between the boroughs of Lewisham and Southwark, the ancient parish of Camberwell and Lewisham and the landed estate of Dulwich College and the City of London's Bridge House Estate.

This is one of the latter's boundary stones.
