The
first image is a document produced by Witherby
and Co c. 1862 and shows an elevation plan
of proposed villas to be built on the proposed
Grove Park Estate.
The plans were by J Belcher, the architect,
but the houses were never built.
The plans come from a large collection of
deeds relating to Camberwell Grove and the
break up and development of the estate of
John Coakley Lettsom.
The second image is a plan of the proposed
estate.
