Stonehills, previously Oakfield, was on the east side of College Road.

It was one of a number of substantial houses along the road let to the wealthy professional tenants and dates from the mid 19th century.

The site is now occupied by the modern flats of Stonehills Court. The house was demolished in the 1950s.
