At
first glance this would appear
to be the front view of a
typical, if larger than average,
mid Victorian (in fact it
dates from 1873) detached
family house.
While in terms
of its function this was
the case, the house is
highly unusual in that it
is built from (rendered)
concrete with artificial
stone dressing.
The house
still stands, but in a
sadly dilapidated condition. |
