These
detached Gothic-style villas were actually
built around 1843.
They were unusual in their location in that
most previous desirable development had been
along main roads while these were in a purpose-built
secluded square.
They are among the earliest Gothic-styled
houses in Peckham.
The ground floor rooms detailed on the plan
for each property are 'Dining Room', 'Hall'
and 'Withdrawing Room'. |
