Peckham Grove, Peckham, Southwark, 1980

As north Peckham developed as a desirable suburb in the 1830s and 1840s, a number of attractive stucco villas, semis and terraces were built on its back streets.

This group in Peckham Grove dates from this time.

Examples of other similar developments are in Newent Close and Glengall Road.
