A view looking up High Street, Crayford, towards St Paulinus Church.

In 1938, the year after this photograph was taken, the buildings on the right-hand side of the road were demolished so that the High Street could be widened.

Today the road is a vital part of the thoroughfare with through traffic making this part of the area heavily congested with traffic.
