Location plan of the Crystal Palace site published in 'A Guide to the Palace and Park'.

The Crystal Palace, originally built in 1851 for the Great Exhibition at Hyde Park and re-erected here between 1852 and 1854.

The building burned down in 1936 and is now the site of the Crystal Palace sports complex and park, though some of the building's foundation are still visible.
